All Sunday worship experiences are held in the main sanctuary. The historic Hiss Chapel is open for quiet meditation and prayer.
The Son's Spot
Come fellowship with us between services and enjoy a drink and a light snack! The Son's Spot is located in the Fellowship Hall, which is in the lower level of the central building. Exit the sanctuary by the right front door for easiest access.
"Hand to Hand" Ministry to the Deaf:
Every Sunday at 9:30 there is an American Sign Language Interpreter for the Contemporary Worship Service.
At Hiss UMC we believe that Holy Communion is the Feast of God for the People of God. All, including children, are invited to the Lord’s Table. GLUTEN-FREE Communion wafers are available. Please call the church office (410-668-5665) in advance if you wish to be on the list to take Communion with these wafers.

If the upper and lower parking lots at Hiss are full, you are welcome to park in the Senior Center parking lot located directly across Harford Rd. from the church.
In the event of inclement weather on a Sunday morning, the decision to close or offer fewer services will be made by 6:30 a.m. Notice will be given via the Hiss Church Email or by calling the church office (410-668-5665) for a voice message regarding any service cancellations.
